Please note that this posting is to fill a critical vacancy that will require the agency to make an expedited hire.

 

The Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) is seeking a qualified candidate for a seasoned manager to oversee operations of the agency's call center consisting of 55 + agents. Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

 ·Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration;

·Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other formal project management training;

·25 or more years of experience in managing, directing and/or optimizing enterprise class call centers;

· A minimum of 8 years' experience managing, directing and/or optimizing a call center with a State of Georgia agency;

·Experience in managing a call center environment that relies on outsourced  technology and/or services;

·Proven ability to assess call center problems and conditions, and defined and execute a corrective action plan that achieved improved call center performance.
