Role: System and SDLC Documentation Writer

Location: Nashville, TN

Duration: 3 - 6+ Months

 

Skills:

·         Extensive experience in technical/system documentation

·         Looking for candidates having extensive experience in SDLC documentation specifically in writing Functional Specifications from scratch.

·         Extensive experience in creating/updating SDLC documents with the project lifecycle (Functional requirements, Functional specs, use cases, design specs, production runbooks, non-functional specs, traceability matrix, release notes, other project specific documents and presentations)

·         Experienced in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies including Scrum

·         Create and update technical diagrams using Visio and PowerPoint

·         Experience in creating architecture and deployment diagrams, network diagrams, entity diagrams, sequence diagrams, technical & process flows, system flows

·         Ability to understand technical information, ask the right questions, and document the details

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Expertise in MS Office Suite including Visio and PPT

·         Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
