Min. 7 years of direct experience in business analysis, data and process modeling techniques.  Experience in complex financial IT projects is highly desired.  
·        Mandatory experience in Banking and Finance Industry along with profound knowledge of concepts in the Enterprise Content Management (Documentum) and Business Process Management space (PEGA)
·        Advanced degrees in technology and/or finance.
·        Thorough understanding of investment processing related to guarantee and loan operations
·        Ability to clearly identify the real business needs and transform them into corresponding system requirements clearly  
·        Excellent communication and facilitation skills
·        Excellent writing/documentation skills.
·        Outstanding analytical skills.
·        Efficiency and discipline:  Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time, excellent planning and coordination ability.
Ability to quickly gain an understanding of system/business processes and interact with mid-level business users to extract business process details.
