ERP/Systems Analyst

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Visa: US Citizen Only

 

Seeking ERP Analyst with background in Data Management (DBMS) - 5 years. The expectations of the person filling this contract position:

 

General:

 

·         Possible on-call support (60%)

·         Day to day maintenance, admin of ERP system (10%)

·         Month/quarter/year-end report generation, admin processes (During close periods)

·         Customization, support, and troubleshooting of ERP system (Projects)

·         Documentation of operational support – month-end close process, quarter-end close process, year-end close process, etc. as necessary. (day to day support)

·         Assist with planned migration from AFTEC to centralized Oracle instance (timing Q3 2016) (next year – not immediate)

 

Application Support Activities and database:

 

·         Experience as a Programmer\Analyst

·         Experience with UNIVERSE, UNIDATA, or other PICK type DBMS

·         Experience with MRPII type systems like AFTEC, MANFACT, DATAWORKS, etc..

 

 

Background (Preferred):

 

The skillset needed for the ERP/Systems Analyst:

 

·         MUST: experience with AFTEC

·         Need prior ERP admin experience

·         General Information Management Experience understanding of standard modules like:

o    Inventory (INV)

o    Purchasing (PO)

o    Accounts Receivables (AR)

o    Accounts Payables (AP)

o    General Ledger (GL)

o    Advanced Supply Chain Shipping (ASCP) 

 

DOD:

·         Also required to be US Citizen due to the work that goes on at the DOD site.
