Job Title : SQL Server DBA / SSIS Support DBA /Admin

Location : Winder, GA

Duration : 6+ Months

Hiring Process : Phone then F2F

Rate : $42/hr on C2C

 

Job Description :

This role will provide SQL Server support including but not limited to Administration, Development, with a focus on SSIS support.  Our client directly works in different verticals with two primary outlets: Operational Production Support and longer-term Development Services.

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Extracting transformed and loaded data from various data sources, creating Integration Services (SSIS) packages, including variable applications, package configurations, package encryption and debugging, maintaining and troubleshoot existing ETL packages.

·         Our clients data-center location in Winder, GA has a very relaxed dress but a great group of technical experts who are leading in their field and there may be some work on their client's site as well so flexibility is key.  This position will participate in some light on-call duty.

·         On-Call includes handling all fires and issues that come in and it is a network of communication--making sure the end client is being serviced in a timely fashion. After a certain amount of time when consistency can be established, there is the opportunity (and sometimes the need) to work from home/remote and there can be earned flextime.

·         Our client will provide additional training to the right candidate. If you are looking for a place that will train SQL Specialists to be a top notch developer/administrator then this is a great opportunity for you!

 

Need to Haves:

·         SQL-Specific

·         1-5 years hands-on SQL Server experience

·         SQL Server SSIS

·         Package configuration

·         Package encryption

·         ETL

 

BS Degree in Computer Science or related field

Excellent communications skills, verbal and written

Can follow directions/self-starter , but know when to ask questions

Able to work in a team-environment
