Position  : Validation Engineer
Location : MI & OH

Duration : 12+ Months

 

 

Job Description:

7+Years experience required.

2 years of experience in powertrain electrical systems design, development and integration.

Experience troubleshooting vehicle level issues.

Experience using Canalyzer, INCA .

Engineer will be responsible for Engine Controllers and EE sub-systems vehicle level validation.

Understanding of powertrain management systems is required.

Deep knowledge of CAN communication bus protocol and fluency in the use of CAN data acquisition tools are necessary for the position.

Strong foundation in electrical engineering with the ability to navigate electrical schematics and utilize digital volt ohmmeters / oscilloscopes for troubleshooting microprocessor based systems, including electronic devices such as, sensors, transducers, and actuators; also, knowledge in assembly languages is essential to analyze and report validation results.
