Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
· Three years of related work experience
· Three years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft SQL Server databases
· Understanding of database design/architecture in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
· Knowledge of strategies and approaches for performance optimization, troubleshooting and monitoring
· Data modeling, query optimization and strong knowledge of T-SQL
· Ability to understand large data models quickly
· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
What'll Make You Special
· Basic SQL Server administration skills
· Knowledge of SQL Extended Events
· Experience managing database roles and permissions
· Experience with SSRS
· Knowledge of data warehouse methodologies
· Knowledge of the .NET platform and service-oriented architecture
· Team-oriented experience
· Strong ability to make technical decisions with minimal information
· Ability to mentor, train and present topics in large groups
