Location: Charlotte, NC
Critical Skill: Dynamics CRM - Functional
Scope:
* Conduct Workshop (JAR's) with the SME's to extract Requirements, business rules, process flow & Document the same
* Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
* Participates in detailed analysis for and creation of the Functional specification Document and the Functional Design Document.
* Conduct Workshop (JAD's) with the SME's to finalize the User Interface, Entity definitions and wireframes
* Coordinate testing activities with the customer's Testing Lead
* Facilitate and moderate discussions for business requirements gathering as well as being able to develop outputs from those discussions (FRD, FDD, Fit Gap Analysis, etc.)
