Position:: EMC Captiva Consultant/ Admin

Location:: Florham park, NJ

Duration:: 06+ months

 

Mandatory Skills:-

 

·         Install EMC's real time services and also help with configuring the web services for generating OCR

·         Develop and maintain custom thin-client capture user interfaces that adapt the capture solution to the customer business processes using Captiva software

·         Develop and maintain high-volume, batch oriented, centralized capture solutions using Captiva software

·         Install Captiva InputAccel and eInput software components in N-tiered server environments

·         Configure Captiva InputAccel and eInput software components in N-tiered server environments

·         Integrate the Captiva software with document management products such as FileNet or Documentum

·         Perform regular maintenance on the Captiva environments, including software installation, upgrades, and patching.

·         Manage all Security, Logging, Audit, and Usage requirements within the Captiva environment.

·         Perform troubleshooting, resolution, and root cause analysis on issues that relate to the Captiva environment.

 

Skills Required (provide specific details around tools, client environment, certifications needed, etc): MUST HAVE

 

·         Three or more years of experience developing sophisticated paper document capture solutions using Captiva software

·         Three years Captiva eInput thin-client capture application development

·         Five years Captiva InputAccel capture application development and integration with FileNet or Documentum.

·         Two or more years' experience with C#

·         Three or more years' experience with Java, JSP, SQL and HTML for thin-client application development

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Excellent problem solving, organizational, and priority management skills.

·         Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

·         Be able to work independently   acts pro-actively, keeps management apprised of project related issues.

·         Must be able to multi-task and work at all levels of the organization to resolve issues.

 

Optional Skills Desired:-

 

·         Experience with installing, configuring, and administering all components of EMC Captiva InputAccel version 6.x / Capture 7.x and eInput 2.1/2.2 on Windows server.

·         Experience with migrating InputAccel 6.0 to Capture 7.1 and eInput 2.1 to 2.2

·         Ability to build robust Active/Active InputAccel server environments to accommodate the needs of the business by utilizing ScaleServer technology.

 

Certifications: MUST HAVE

 

·         EMC Captiva Certified InputAccel System Administrator or

·         EMC Captiva Certified InputAccel Developer or

·         EMC Captiva Fundamentals and Administration or

·         MCSE, MCP certifications preferred
