Position: Test Automation Developer

Job description:
DuPont Pioneer would like to engage a test automation developer to test the projects under the Connex program. This individual resource will be expected to work in a Scrum environment taking direction from the Automation Tech Lead and the QA Project Lead. This role is expected to build test scripts that will automate end to end regression tests. The ideal candidate would have experience in an Agile work environment and work well with all members of the team.
Responsibilities include:
• Work with team to define and identify appropriate test scenarios
• Ensure all work complies with coding and testing standards
• Design, document, develop and execute automation scripts
• Work with the QA Automation Tech Lead, QA Project Leads, QA Testers and Developers to develop testable acceptance criteria for each user story
• Analyze and report test results
• Provide assistance in the development of an automated regression test bed
• Work with team to ensure levels of code coverage
Skills / Experience:
o Ability to work within a team environment
o Good communication skills (written and verbal)
o Experience with Selenium/Protractor and JavaScript/TypeScript
o Experience with testing code written in Angular JS
o Works well in an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Experience with automated functional testing
Preferred:
o Unit testing experience with Jasmine, NUnit and MSTest
o Experience working with data services
Must have Selenium, AngularJS, JavaScript, Protractor, TypeScript
