JD:
Should be well versed in the internals / Architecture of core Oracle 11g and SQL Server 2008 Database
Should have sound knowledge in Oracle Instance and SQL Server database Performance tuning
SQL Query performance tuning knowledge and expertise is Mandatory
Should know to interpret AWR/ ASH Reports and Explain Plans
Knowledge of Oracle RAC / Dataguard and High Availability architecture is Mandatory
Hands on Experience in SQL Procedure/Triggers/Packages coding
Should have used Oracle Enterprise Manager ( OEM ), SQL Developer, TOAD, SQL Server Management studio
Should help various application teams in the Project, with Database related suggestions and improvements
Should work closely with Infra Structure DBA's and Architects
