Job Description and Must have skills : This Job Role is for a Cisco Voice Deployment Engineer whose primary Roles will be to design, implement, Upgrade and support the company's enterprise network-based telephony services. The candidate will be responsible for Design, implement and Upgrade Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Contact Center Express designs and strategies based on the latest technologies and best practices.
- Must have 10+ years of experience in Cisco Unified Communication.
- Minimum 5+Year Cisco Unified Communication Deployment Experience.
- Cisco CCNA Required; CCVP or CCNP Voice preferred.
- Must have experience on Upgrade/Refresh of CUCM 8.5 and above versions.
- Experience in designing, deploying, upgrading and supporting Cisco Unified Communication solutions which include Cisco Voice best practices, disaster recovery, dial plan development and reporting.
- Design and Deploy the Disaster Recovery Solution for Cisco Voice infrastructure to build Geographic redundancy.
- Excellent/Advanced understanding of Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communication portfolio.
- Must have experience with Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX)– developing and maintaining applications, experience with UCCX scripting.
- Voice Gateways Design and install Experience: Cisco CUBES, ISR and SRST.
- Experience on Cisco Routers, LAN/WAN circuits; PRI, SIP, MPLS, FXO, FXS.
- Knowledge of the following protocols: SIP, MGCP, H.323, SCCP
- Professional, structured and proactive approach
- Outstanding communication and presentation skill with the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization
- Efficient and productive with good time management skills
- Demonstrates the ability to take significant responsibility and shows skill in the management of change and can handle contacts of all types and at all levels
- Comprehensive understanding of project and program management techniques and can communicate well with key stakeholders; team player
- Comprehensive approach to documentation and procedural development
