Technical Specialist 2:  Coordinate and over see interface testing project.  Testing will occur on both Mainframe and Web technologies so prior exp on both required.  Will oversee entire interface team, BA, Sys Analysts and QA.  Responsible for test plan and over see the execution of testing activities. Ideal person is a technical manager who has managed this type of staff and testing projects.  NOT a QA Lead

This resource will perform a lead role of a team of 7 or greater of BA/Systems Analyst/QA resources - reporting to a Program or Project Manager	Required		10 Years

Experience managing a large testing initiative in a mainframe (COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM etc.,) and web based environment	Required		10 Years

Responsible for establishing a QA Test Plan	Required		7 Years
Oversee the development of QA test scenarios and test cases	Required		7 Years
