We are looking for a Security Consultant for our client in Phoenix, AZ for a 12 month contract with possible extensions.

Face to Face is required

Required skills:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering, Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in aligning and developing security processes and policy (including security incident management).
• Experience in development of a Strategic Security Plan that optimizes the security performance of the system within an approved budget.
• Experience in developing testing strategy and plan and methodologies to include standard, negative, and agency performed penetration testing.
• Experience in developing strategic enterprise security plan through evaluation of existing business priorities, risks, assessments, and threats. 
• Experience in performing a variety of security audits/assessments, which among other things may include risk assessments, gap analyses, network and infrastructure reviews, intrusion/ penetration testing 
• Experience in Business Continuity Plan.
• Experience with federal and state security requirements.
• Experience in security audits.
• Experience in analyzing reported problems or concerns with team.
• Experience in coordinating the evaluation, management and remediation of any reported incidents to include project management, project planning, project status and reporting.
• Experience in the development of a security budget for the project.
• Experience in identifying and communicating, security incidents and mitigation of the incidents, particularly related to Medicaid eligibility systems, State Based Exchanges and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace.  
• Experience in developing the Security Strategic plan and to mitigate risks.
• Thorough understanding of both HIPAA Privacy and Security rules as well as industry standards are required.
