Information Security Analyst:
Client is looking for a Info Security Analyst that will be responsible for liaising between Businesses and vendors. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Vendor Assessments (VA), disseminating VA results, managing relationships with procurement, legal, and vendors. In addition, knowledge of tools and processes used to expose common vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures is preferred. The ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management are also essential. Good working knowledge of IT Security, Compliance, Data Privacy and security.
Responsibilities :
- review vendor security posture and scope of services from a security perspective
- Collect and review artifacts from the customer
- Perform gap analysis
- Coordinate activities to closure with internal and third party clients
- provide leadership on clients standards and policies for vendor compliance
- Activities will involve software security assessments, application security assessments, Data security review
- Develop SLA's
- Develop process documentation and workflows
- Perform vendor site assessments, reviews and audits
The role will involve heavy interaction with customer and vendors, need excellent (not good!!) communication skills both written and verbal.
Should have experience in highly dynamic organizations.
Skills - good knowledge of enterprise security technology (networking, vulnerability management, security infrastructure etc).
Good knowledge of application development life cycles.
Experience in Risk and Gap assessments
Knowledge of IT security best practices and standards.
Must have experience in producing quality documents and analytics
