.  More than 8+ Years experience in Java / J2EE (JMS, JSP, JDBC) technologies.
2.  More than 3-4 years experience in any JBPM tool
3.  Design Patterns – Java and J2EE
4.  Experience in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) & Oracle 11G Knowledge
5.  Experience in XML, spring and Struts.
6.  Analysis and design experience
7.   Good communication and presentation skills
