Must know
Programming with Java based tools (5+ years)
Granite (5+ years) - API, database, and user interface
Telecommunications
Nice to have, but not required
Experience with a Discovery and/or Reconciliation tool (like Subex)
Experience working with a Data Governance program
Experience with other OSS tools (Netcool, Remedy, CABS, ICOMS, etc
