• Java / J2EE Experience: 5+ years
• Technology: Java / J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB 2.1, JMS or any other messaging technology), XML, XSLT, XML Schema, AJAX,
• Application Server: Strong in Websphere Application Server 6 or above
• IDE: Strong in RAD / RSA
• Versioning Control: Clear Case
• UML modeling / flow diagram: Rational UML tools / Visio
• Frameworks/DesignPattern: Standard J2EE design Patterns, MVC & MVP
• Database experience: DB2, Oracle
• Good experience in OOAD.
• Good experience in different Software methodology.

Additional Skills / Added advantage:

• Industry Experience: Mortgage / Financial Industry
• Technology: GWT / GXT Experience [huge plus - resource will be part of new tool development],  
• Design Pattern: MVP
