A minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in Java Web Application Development

Expertise in UI Design, HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Spring & AJAX

Must know Java, J2ee(Servlet/JSP)

Experience developing applications using Spring and/or Struts Framework

Good understanding of OOP

Knowledge of some of the common design patterns like MVC, Singleton, Factory

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, javascript
