Need someone local, that can start right away. (Ideal situation for the manager is submit them today, interview tomorrow, offer on friday, start on monday, they are moving FAST). Below is the job description. Beyond the skills listed, they need someone with strong comms who can work in high pressure situations.
Job Description
This is a large retail environment.
This person needs to have experience in a large contact center.
The holiday season is the week before Thanksgiving till 2nd week of December.
During this time it is very stressful and they need to have some flexibility in schedule.
However, it is normally a 9 - 5 type job.
Some weekend or evening work occasionally but nothing significant.
Other companies in Minneapolis with large contact centers: United Healthcare, Target, US Bank, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.
SKILLS:
• Proven track record and experience in design and configuration of various products in the Cisco Unified Communications product line including but not limited to ICM 8.X, CUCM 8.x, IPCC 7.x and CVP 7.x. - Critical
• Router skills focusing on dial-peer at gateway/gatekeeper/CUPS/CUSP operation/configuration. – Critical
· VXML using Cisco CVP Studio - Critical
• Knowledge of additional network products from various manufacturers is a PLUS.
• Java for CVP development – a Plus, good to have
