Required Skills:
- Hands on experience in TIBCO Active Matrix Service Grid and exposure to beta products
- Command line working knowledge of UNIX
- Implement advanced product features and frameworks
- Understanding of TIBCO SOA design concepts
- Ability to suggest/recommend TIBCO products for business requirements
- Ability triage, debug and resolve application issues
- Ability to work within a fast moving environment
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and development of al the TIBCO BW Components
- Interact with offshore teams
- Work with the deployment and confuguration teams
- Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
- Good written and oral communication
- Explain design items through documents and white-board sessions
