Duration: 12+ Months

 

 

Responsibilities :-                                 

v  Adhering to SLAs

v  ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to

v  Mentoring / Training Team Members

v  Handling tickets / requests

v  Perform root cause analysis

v  Troubleshooting technical issues

v  Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to

v  Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration

v  Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA

v  Understanding of Multi-geo support environment

v  Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment

v  Responsible for strategizing a backup plan and test plan for failure scenario

v  Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction

v  Suggests new technologies and design changes

v  Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members

v  Planning Backup/Restoration Strategy for 24x7 operation support

 

Technical Requirements                                   

v  Installing the Websphere Application Server( IHS,Plug-ins,App Servers etc )

v  Configuring the Application,App server with the help of Plug-in

v  Bounce the Servers.                              

v  Creating and configuring the cluster environmennt

v  Monitoring and Tuning the Performance ( Checking the health of Application Server)

v  Troubleshooting like Page cannot be displayed

v  Configuring the Virtual host

v  Upgrading the Servers                                       

v  Installing the  Fix Packs.                                   

v  Knowledge O.S like Windows ,Unix Flavours ( Linux , AIX )

v  Creating the Profiles

v  Federating the Profiles

v  Generating and Propagating the Plug-ins

v  Deploying the Applications (Ear /C52War)

v  Enabling the LDAP Security

v  Creating SSL Certificates

v  Creating Dumps (like Heap and Thread)

v  Configure the Datasource with EJB References

v  Checking the Log files                                      

v  Analysing the Thread and Heap Dumps.

 

Other Skills / Experience                                  

v  Worked on Production systems

v  Datacenter understanding                                 

v  Experience with Server Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching

v  Datapower SOA Appliance

v  Apache
