Position: Sr. Java Developer
Job Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
Duration: Long term Contract
Rate:$48/hr oon Corp to Corp
Job Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle application development.
Design, code and debug complex software applications.
Perform software analysis, risk analysis, reliability analysis.
Participate in software modeling and simulation.
Integrate new software solutions with existing systems.
Resource will be working on development projects or enhancement.
Responsibilities will include analysis, design, providing solution, coding, testing, QA support and implementation.
Define code and programming standards and apply development best practices
Mentor junior and off site developers and review team deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience Required:
Mandatory Qualifications:
7- 8 years Java Object - Oriented Development
5+ years ESB, Spring, Hibernate, SOA
5+ years J2EE, Web services - SOAP/RESTFull/AJAX/jQuery
Extensive experience in enterprise applications, web applications, and integration projects
Experience with rich client web application development
Working knowledge of the build process using MAVEN
Understanding of SQL queries, database structure and database resource constraints
Must have good understanding of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability, security)
Demonstrated ability to create error handling, logging and alerting
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Experience with non-SQL alternatives such as Hadoop, Cassandra a plus
Distributed application experience a plus
Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with Web application security considerations
Familiarity with AJAX techniques and modern JavaScript libraries like JQuery
Expert level skills in Object-Oriented software design
Expert level skills in SQL and database design
