Job Responsibilities:

Exercise independence and judgment in the development of technical
solutions for business applications. Analyzes systems need and
develops and recommends solutions. Participates in implementation
planning and prepares the required interfaces between related systems.
Keeps abreast of new technologies and make recommendations on how to
integrate the technology into the existing environment. Facilitates
communications and maintains a good relationship with other
departments and senior management.



Major Duties:

· Analyze, design, supervise and coordinate the development of software system.

· Maintains and manages a development timeline

· Develops, maintains and enhances systems utilizing VB.NET, C#.NET,
ASP.NET, ADO.NET and SQL as required by business needs.

· Analyzes total system specifications and creates system requirements tasks

· Develops conversion procedures as necessary

· Performs application troubleshooting

· Analyzes program performance and results and revises logic and or
procedures as needed

· Develops and validates models and or prototypes

· Performs Unit Testing and supports User Acceptance Testing



Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years' experience in software development and support

· Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science/Information Systems
or related field.

· Strong development experience in Web Based Applications utilizing
the .NET environment and SQL

· Experience with Info Path and Web Services is a MUST
