REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- B.S. in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
- Minimum five years of PeopleSoft development experience using Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Data Mover, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, Change Assistant, and the rest of the Human Capital PeopleSoft tool suite.
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft 9.x Human Capital Management with an emphasis on Benefits and Payroll
- Proven experience working with multiple PeopleSoft HC modules and understanding the interconnected relationships and data between the modules and suites
- Proven experience successfully upgrading PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools
- Proven experience using and developing SQR and XML reports
- Technical and Functional experience supporting an HC Open enrollment process
- Technical and Functional experience supporting Payroll and applying tax updates
- Advanced SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of COBOL
- Experience with Approval Workflow Framework
- Experience working with integration broker and application messaging
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work and grow in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
