Position : Business Analyst (Call Center or contact center)

Location : Bloomington , IL

 

Description : 

Prior experience with migrations desired.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities, needs, and assignments

·       Ability to quickly develop strong relationships and establish trust, as well as an ability to influence

·       Ideal candidate will be results focused and respected as a change leader

·       Understanding of contact center principles (Workforce Management, Call Routing, etc.)

·       Knowledge of current call flow and call types

·       Understanding of workload management including current process and workflows

·       Understanding of tools and metrics used within the current environment

·       Ability to access and analyze business partner data

·       Understanding of the positive organizational impact that comes with a comprehensive knowledge management system

·       Understanding of current workflows and process improvement opportunities

·       Strong communication skills, including audience and business needs analysis, development of communication strategies and plans, message development, and identification of appropriate,            cost-effective delivery options
