Title: Project Manager (Must Have Salesforce.com experience)
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 7 Month
Rate: 50/hr on C2C
Responsibilities:
- Execute on communications related to web feature deployment to sales and customers.
- Execute on programs aimed at delivering qualified leads from BSD web channels to sales and Marketing.
- Work with eCommerce Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure process hand offs are smooth and optimize for speed, accuracy, and completeness.
- Execution for the Sales Communication Plan (writing the communications, working with the proper channels to execute the messages internally and on the site related to web feature deployments.
- Responsible for ensuring informational content like Customer Service, FAQs, etc are updated regularly.
- Ensure all functionality demos are up to date on the site and working properly.
- Manage outsourced resources who will be adding customer information to submissions from the website.
- Optimize the leadgen process so qualified leads get to the sales teams with the right information in the fastest time possible.
- Collaborate with the Director, BSD eCommerce Ops to create a quarterly plan designed to drive incremental revenue via qualified leads to Sales and Marketing.
- Ensure the outsourced resources have the training and information they need to perform their defined tasks.
- Strong knowledge and experience with sales enablement
- Draft clear, credible and compelling communications
- Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities, resources, goals, and project initiatives
- Excellent writing, editing, copywriting, proofreading, presentation development, project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines, while handling multiple priorities simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelors degree required
- Experience using Salesforce.com as a Marketer or Sales Person (2 years)
- Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point, Visio a plus (4 years)
- Knowledge or usage of Lattice is highly desired
- Experience using Adobe Captivate or similar video/screen shot recording/training software is highly desired
- Project Management experience is highly desired
- Lead management programs - management of processes for getting leads to sales and marketing from the web is highly desired
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience required
