Title: Business Analyst (P&C)
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: long term contract
Mandatory:
4+ years of experience upon Property and casualty (commercial lines )
Desired: Insurance transformation projects in past
Skills required:
FORM BA
• At least 3 years of P&C experience and 5-7 years of total IT experience.
• Knowledge of US P&C market especially Excess & Surplus market. • Prior work experience in policy administration and management mandatory.
• An understanding of ACORD XML, Forms is an added advantage.
• Elicit requirements using document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, task and workflow analysis.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, XML mapping.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Talent Acquisition Manager
