Job Title :	SAP PA/OM Configuration Specialist
Location :	Houston, TX

Duties & Responsibilites :	• Be responsible for Business analyses, Solution design, Design documentation, SAP HR system configuration, Functional and Integration testing, Master data and Process data conversion, Validation, Implementation, Production support • Perform business process analysis to define configuration requirements • Document Business Requirements and draft and maintain Configuration rationale and documentation • At least 2- 5 years of Configuration experience in SAP HR/HCM with focus on PA/OM, HCM Processes and Forms with Workflow, ESS-MSS, Basic Reporting  - A depth of knowledge with basic SAP HR infotypes - Feature configuration - Configuration with Enterprise structures and Personnel Structures - Setting up new Pay structures with Compensation - Personnel Action configuration with Dynamic Actions - Understanding of complex Organizational structures - Configuration of Custom OM objects with Evaluation paths - Assisting with the conversion and validation of HR Master data - Experience with SAP HCM Processes and Forms with Workflow using the UWL - A good understanding of Structural authorizations - Writing Functional and Integration testing scripts and conducting testing - Standard and ad-hoc reporting  - Experience with SuccessFactors integration a plus - Personnel Action configuration with Dynamic Actions - Understanding of complex Organizational structures - Configuration of Custom OM objects with Evaluation paths - Assisting with the conversion and validation of HR Master data - Experience with SAP HCM Processes and Forms with Workflow using the UWL - A good understanding of Structural authorizations - Writing Functional and Integration testing scripts and conducting testing - Standard and ad-hoc reporting  - Experience with SuccessFactors integration a plus REQUIRED SKILLS: SAP -Heavy configuration and functional expertise with SAP PA/OM -Prefer local candidates ideally
