· Strong Business Analysis skills with 4 to 6 years of experience, understanding of Life Insurance Domain specifically in Distribution Management which includes experience related to Agency Management is an added advantage.
· The talent must have experience working with business users and must be able to anchor and coordinate with multiple stakeholders independently.
· The talent must be able to effectively communicate, plan and deal with ambiguity.
· The talent must be a self-starter.
