TITLE: Hyperion QA Lead – Must have Hyperion and Financials experience
LOCATION: Rosemont, IL
Duration: 6+Months

QUALIFICATIONS
Must haves:-
" QA Lead with strong background in testing Hyperion Applications /Advanced expertise in Microsoft excel
" Strong background in testing Financial applications
" Utilize testing tools like HP ALM Quality Centre which speed up Test Planning ,Execution, Defect Management and Reporting
Related Experience:
• Demonstrated experience with HP Quality Center or similar QA suite.
• Prior experience with data access tools such as SQL or data profiling tools.
• Experience in Testing Online Web Applications.
• Experienced in Test data analysis and identification.
• Experienced in Agile practices ]
DESCRIPTION: DESCRIPTION
• The primary purpose of this position is to improve the quality of software produced for the Finance Applications at client. This QA Lead will work with QA Manager and project team to define the individual project testing plans and will coordinate the work of the testing teams following company guidelines, best practices and utilizing accepted tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Knowledge manual testing concepts and software life cycle process
• Focus on Quality Assurance Testing Enterprise wide
• Experience in testing Hyperion applications / advanced expertise in Microsoft excel
• Strong background in testing Financial applications
• Understand and translate requirements to test scenarios and test cases
• Perform System Integration, Regression, and provide support for User Acceptance testing
• Perform defect management
• Assist in setting the testing strategies and objectives for the Project
• Utilize testing tools like HP ALM Quality Centre which speed up Test Planning ,Execution, Defect Management and Reporting
• Summarizes outcome of testing and review results with Test lead and Project team
• Experience in PeopleSoft Financial applications is a plus
• Delivers the use of Traceability Matrix
Education/Training:
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology/Finance
– Minimum of 7 to 10 years IT experience with leading and testing Hyperion applications.
• Quality Assurance certification – preferred
• Financial domain knowledge / Hyperion testing skills/ Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
