Hi,
Please let me know if you or someone you know is available
SAP Solution Architect for CAR (Consumer Activity Repository ) - Senior Manager
SAP Merchandise Solution Architect - Senior Manager
· They'll take industry people see notes ONLY for Manager level but if you have someone for sr manager level -have to come out of consulting
· SAP Apparel and Footwear – SAP AFS – so Home Depot probably not – Fashion and shoes – YES this is the industry they want RETAIL focus
· They'll look at H1Bs for this BUT WILL NOT SPONSOR VISAs so make sure there's enough time left on H1B and they understand NO sponsorship
· Comp ranges and locations attached
· Will consider relo for perfect candidates but should be strong – try to stick to Northeast US – like Phila – NYC – NJ – down to DC and Boston etc – outside of this – need to be really strong candidate
· CAR is new for SAP – Consumer Activity Repository – this is required and not user like req says – she may have to tweak job descriptions – but they have to have implementation experience with the CAR – like configuration – not just user and she'll review the req's as they are not quite what she meant –
· For example – on the Merchandising role – SAP Merchandise Solution Architect - Senior Manager – but ideally would prefer the Sr Mgr on this role
· For both reqs at SM level have to come out of consulting and for this role really want people out of consulting – manager they'll take a look if not out of consulting if they are industry but not for senior manager
