US CITIZEN, GREEN CARD, EAD TIED TO GREEN CARD ONLY
· Can only hire into NJ NY Phila Bos Chicago offices – ABSOLUTELY NO west coast people – already know they won't go anywhere – don't put them in
· For NJ / NY - Max $260K – hard sell – if its over show her – but absolutely no guarantee she can get over it – but if they're like $400K – its obviously a no – if they're a bit below or over the range and they're serious about making the move –t hen she'll take a look at them
· Phila Bos Chicago Max $234K
· PTO - 25 days + 9 holidays
· Annual bonus is around 12% target
· About the travel – sr manager level – if NJ / NY metro – most of the clients are up there – needs them to commit to 75% travel – but the reality of that is most are local area and its a lot less than 75% - but it may go to 75% - it's a chance going east coast/Midwest – they will not be travelling to the west coast
