Delivery Lead - Master Data Management (MDM) Delivery Lead
All Perm – Full Time
US CITIZEN, GREEN CARD, EAD TIED TO GREEN CARD ONLY
· ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS only –– if you have any ROCK STARS – MUST BE BOTH technical/functional MDM Delivery Lead out of Traditional Consulting SR MANAGER level with bus dev experience she'll take a look – don't want industry people – they have a rock star 7 years with Infosys among other Delivery Lead candidates they already have in process so may not need more but you never know more client work may be in pipeline or come in so if you do have a rock star great but not the priority - see above for priorities but hiring managers always like to know there's a pipeline and she will talk to the ROCK STAR MDM Delivery Lead if you have any and if the role is filled with candidate ahead in process they may have future needs – MAX on base $170K-$200K NYC – maybe a bit higher in NYC – she'd look at them
· NO SIGN ON BONUSES– ASSUME NONE– SHE NEVER DISCUSSES it with candidate and even if she requested – it might be tough to get it approved – she's been turned down on sign-ons before so don't even bother
· NO WEST COASTERS – try to stick to main CLIENT HUBS – NYC Chicago Boston for example – dallas ok – east coast ok - maybe other Midwest cities but try to stick to the main CLIENT hubs not on west coast
· Standard mon-thurs with some fridays
