·       GOAL is in one of these city hubs NY CHIC ATL SAN FRAN – core cities - NO relo's - so if there the RIGHT PERSON and near another city hub ACC office will look at if viable and within commute distance as usual

·       High $190's to low $200K's –send what have if reasonable not very high – DON"T SEND if BASE PAY TOO HIGH waste of time 

·       WILL ONLY TAKE CANDIDATES STRONG TRADITIONAL CONSULTING FIRM SR Managers (unless Deloitte strong manager ready for SM promotion) - MUST HAVE BUS DEV & DELIVERY OUT OF THESE 4 FIRMS ONLY Deloitte pwc ibm mckinsey – DONT SEND People from other firms TRANSFORMATION PRACTICE – have several leaders in the verticals like Consumer Products But not an Analytics Consumer Goods lead – that's this role - MUST BE DEEP ANALYTICS AND DEEP CONSUMER GOODS - Not retail-don't count retail exp. - MUST MEET BQs year s exp. - if close & not too exp and bus dev exper. with delivery - then maybe send

·       STANDARD TRAVEL MONDAY TO THURSDAY
