HRIS Peoplesoft Analyst

They're looking for someone who can analyze the data and present to executives- not someone who just generates it and passes it off
Responsible for the creation and alignment of the strategic vision, planning, development and deployment for HR reporting and operational analytics out of the core HRMS, PeopleSoft. . Development and maintenance of real-time and historical HR reports, and coordinating requirements closely with HR leaders.
This position negotiates across HR leadership to ensure alignment in development and deployment of reporting strategies; instrumental in driving enterprise standards for report design and development for HR systems
Enable operations management at all levels to use and analytics in a self-service manner
Responsibilities:
Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics
Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, processes or programs
Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed
Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations on findings, with recommendations, on a regular basis (periodic/quarterly/annually)
Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources reports and metrics.
Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics
Partners Business Intelligence architects to continue to develop and evolve our advanced analytics as required
Requirements:
Advanced reporting skills with PeopleSoft Query Manager
Experience with a variety of Business Intelligence solutions
Experience working with best in breed core HR solutions & HR related data
Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience
Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills.
Other HRIS Systems Experience a plus (Successfactors, etc)
