Job Description: Technology Support Specialist (Mid-Level)
• Provide support in the area of system and network vulnerability assessments:
– Able to run various vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., nmap, Nessus. HP WebInspect, Metasploit, etc.)
– Able to interpret the results of the vulnerability scans, ensure no or limited false positives and produce actionable plans for vulnerability remediation.
– Wireless security assessments
Please note the proposed Candidates MUST meet the following Required Technical Skills for consideration in filling the position:
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of relevant technical experience.
• Must possess excellent customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, work well with others in an integrated team environment, and must be self-motivated.
• Strong analytical skills
Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ITIL Framework
