Farm Maintenance

•       Backup and Restoration schedules and audits (list what to backup and where)

•       Auditing of SharePoint events and logs

•       Maintenance of the SharePoint Installation (service packs, hot fixes)

•       Set and manage quotas for sites

Farm Configuration

•       Add / remove servers from farm

•       Configure SharePoint services on each server, if required

•       Support external system integration such as Performance Point Server, SAP

Shared Services Administration

•       Determine content crawling of existing sites – Full crawl / incremental crawl

•       Support search configuration, profile import schedules, user profiles synchronization

•       Manage search scopes – Add / modify scopes when required with proper business justification

Deployment Services

•       Support deployment of enhancement / customization from development to QA

•       Deploy enhancement / customization from QA to Production

•       Manage implementation roll back, if unsuccessful move to Production / QA
