POSITION : SR. DRUPAL DEVELOPER---LOCATION : JERSEY CITY, NJ---DURATION : 6 MONTHS
Requirement :
• Atleast 4-5 years of experience in progressive roles within the LAMP technology stack.
• Subject Matter expert in Drupal content management system including custom module development. Experiential knowledge of core drupal modules.
• Knowledge of role based security, design patterns and integration patterns is required
• Ability to discuss business scenarios, requirements with business/functional users on the customer side.
• Ability to align technical solutions with the business requirements
• Experience in presenting strategies and solutions to senior execs on the customer side.
· Experience with Mailchimp and drupal forms is a plus
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
• Spearhead Inkriti's effort to demonstrate capability and experience in the LAMP technology stack and content management solutions using drupal
• Lead solution architecture and design of key projects that we undertake.
• Provide technology leadership to internal project teams
• Review designs, component architectures, configuration versus customization decisions, etc.
POSITION: SENIOR TEST MANAGER---LOCATION: SECAUCUS, NJ---DURATION: 6+MONTHS
Experience into Data Migration testing and back end data validation techniques
Reporting directly to the Global Head of QA & Test you will lead a global Test team responsible for delivery of Quality Assured applications to production. Candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of Quality Assurance and Testing activities for a group of portfolios within an organizational Cluster. Candidate will manage the Functional testing activities and co-coordinate with Non Functional and Loadset testing teams to ensure the successful delivery of testing. Will also be responsible for supporting QA & Testing Management to shape and implement strategic transformation initiatives to drive forward the global QA & Test organization.
Essential Functions of the Job:
· Oversee delivery of all Functional testing activities for assigned Portfolio's as appropriate.
· Ensure co-ordination between Functional testing, Performance and Loadset Testing teams for assigned Portfolio's.
· Take responsibility for ensuring QA delivery and management of Test resources, Pipeline, Status Reporting, Test Plans, Cases, Scripts, Results, Test Readiness Reviews, post-implementation Reviews
· Where appropriate review and approve test plans ensuring alignment with standards
· Determine the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during each phase of the system development life cycle
· Take responsibility for the development of quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures
· Manage Team workload, performance and delivery targets
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT Services, IT Solutions functions and customers to expedite delivery of IT solutions
· Support Global Head of QA & Testing in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the QA & Test organization
· Work closely with off-shore 3rd party vendors to deliver projects to time, cost and quality requirements
· Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues and/or customers
· Take responsibility for the implementation and management of strategic initiatives to support global QA Testing activities including standards, strategies and roadmaps
· Participate in program/project review meetings to determine status, problem areas, suggest and review corrective actions, directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re-plan activities
· Assist in the development, maintenance, and the provision of training on testing procedures
· Responsible for the recruitment and on boarding of new team members
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
· Ability to build good relationships both within the QA & Test team and with other teams
· Ability to work across multiple projects
· Ability to bring multi disciplined teams together into one delivery team
· Ability to determine strategic direction not just tactical
· Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle including Functional & Non-Functional Test Phases
· Good knowledge of current Test and Automation Tools in the market place
· Excellent management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Motivated by delivery
· The ability to work and team effectively with clients and other management personnel across geographies
· Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
· Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people within and outside of IT to balance demands
· Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
· Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and lead virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams
POSITION: ETL/INFORMATICA PROJECT MANAGER---DURATION : 9 MONTHS---DELAWARE
Job Responsibilities areas are:
· Understand current architecture of the environment and challenges
· Prepare current state high level architecture and present it to the customer's management Team
· Prepare the scenarios to generalize data integration processes
· Prepare Future State High Level Architecture
· Identify, Understand & Prioritize all the integration and "Middleware" requirements and challenges
· Participate in Vendor Selection of Integration Tools and Systems
· Knowledge and experience of multiple integration & ETL tools is must
· Architecting experience of 7-8 years and must have at least two assignments experience
· Experience of using various protocols and connectors like SFTP, FTP, OFTP, HTTP, ODBC, JDBC and adaptors
· Experience of B2B, A2A, E-Commerce & EDI will be preferred
· Candidate with prior knowledge of Automobiles and Manufacturing will be given preference
· Should be able to define project charter , Project Plan and present the status to all key stakeholders
Soft skills
· Should be Exceptionally good in communication & presentation skills
· Experience in converse with Senior & Middle Management customer team
