Experience in client - server testing ,web based testing
 Knowledge of web services testing using SoapUI
 Maintaining software quality standards through every phase of the software life cycle (Planning, Requirements, Design, Development, Testing ,Deployment) 
 SQL knowledge 6/10
 Unix commands 5/10 .For e.g. : grep ,tail , copy , move , knowledge of permissions , start/stop applications , execute shell scripts ,etc.)
 Troubleshooting techniques 6/10 ; For e.g. : go through log files/validate data base to ensure it's not a config issue/environment issue/db scripts issue.
 Automation knowledge 5/10
 Prefer to have experience using automation tools
 Knowledge of using test management tools
 QA concepts/methodologies -7/10
 Experience in backend testing.
 Experience working in agile projects
 Experience working with full life cycle projects
 Should be a person who could work independently ,flexible and willing to learn.
 Junit test case creation and execution is a plus
