Candidates should have at least 36 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

• Experience providing actual on-site implementation assistance for a large scale automation effort.
  
• Experience in change management; planning and implementing change.
  
• Experience in implementing SACWIS systems in New York State or another state.
  
• Experience providing training and/or technical assistance in either a classroom or in a work environment.
  
• Bachelor's Degree.

Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews.  However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview.
