·         Build, Install, Configure Cisco Unified CallManager Express (CME)

·         Build, Install, Scripting of Cisco Unity Express (CUE)

·         Build, Install, Cisco Unity Connection

·         Design, build and install greenfield and phased installation /migrations of Cisco Communications Manager, CUCM-Express  and Cisco Unity Connection and Unity Unified Messaging systems

·         Upgrade and migration of older CCM and Unity Systems to the latest supported versions.
