Technical/Functional Skills :-
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 8 + years of experience working with J2EE/Java.
- 8 + years of experience in Adobe Flex/LiveCycle DS development.
- years of experience in architecting, engineering, and designing large scale enterprise applications, including strong in depth knowledge of all phases in SDLC.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of application performance issues and improvement techniques.
- Advanced skills in engaging with business stakeholders to leverage technologies in providing solutions that address business needs and challenges. This includes business analysis, process modeling, systems development, and application implementation and deployment.
- Hands on project management experience including planning, scheduling and tracking projects in an agile environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills and ability to communicate with managers, and technical staff at all levels on technical strategies, implementation plans, project scope, and technology platforms.
- Good experience in managing onshore/offshore technical development team.
- Experience in evaluating and anticipating impact of technical solutions on existing systems and propose implementation plans in moving from the current technical architecture towards future state.
- Extensive presentation and training experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
