We have an requirement of CA APM consultant with one of our direct client in NY.

 

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 12 Months

 

The New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (referred to herein as "the Department" or "DMV") is upgrading its existing CA CEM 4.X software installations to CA Technologies Application Performance Management (CA APM) software, Version 9.X. DMV is requesting bids for the provision of consulting services of one (1) CA APM Consultant to assist DMV in the installation, deployment and configuration of the new CA APM software for monitoring the performance of DMV's online transactions.

 

Scope of Work:

 

DMV is upgrading its existing CA CEM 4.X software installations to CA APM 9.X.

 

Contractor must facilitate DMV meeting its business goals for the software upgrade, which includes the following:

 

1.      Deploying and configuring the new CA APM (Application Performance Management) installation to allow DMV web transactions to be monitored by CA APM.;

 

2.      Setup and configuring transactions in CA APM.

 

 

The consulting services provided hereunder will include, but may not be limited to, the following:

 

 

1.      Leading the setup and configuration of DMV online transactions into CA APM.

 

2.      Advise DMV on the technical capabilities, reporting, opportunities and limitations of the product.

 

3.      Develop and conduct staff training.

 

 

The proposed CA APM consultant must meet all of the following experience and professional requirements:

 

4.      A minimum of four (4) years of experience with CA Wily Introscope.

 

5.      A minimum of four (4) years of experience with CA APM Suite Products.

 

6.      A minimum of four (4) years of experience with Windows operating systems.

 

7.      A minimum of four (4) years of with Linux operating systems.

 

8.      A minimum of two (2) years of Net development experience.

 

9.      A minimum of two (2) years of SQL Server experience.
