Oracle HCM Functional Testing Lead

Location: Boston,MA

Duration : 6 months

Here are the important points need to be considered:

 •             Oracle HCM Functional Testing Lead.

•             Able to work independently with little supervision.

•             Excellent client handling and communication skills.

•             Strong functional knowledge of different modules – Core HR, Self Service HR, Advanced Benefits, Absence Management, Global Payroll.

•             Minimum 1 full cycle Oracle HCM implementation.

•             Work with clients to develop testing scenarios, test scripts, integration and end to end testing.

•             Guide the current IT QA team functionally and provide directions to Automation team.

•             Good knowledge in SQL.

•             Strong documentation skills.

•             Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM tables, configuration, rules, and parameters

•             Experience troubleshooting, configuring, testing, and patching Oracle HCM modules

•             Perform functional testing
