Position: Computer Systems Analyst
Duration: 5/6/2013-1/3/2014
Location: Raleigh, NC
Required Skills:
We have a requirement with our direct client for a Business Analyst/Tester with a background that includes testing business applications, and testing complex business applications. This business analyst will be responsible for creating requirements documentation, use cases from the requirements document, assisting with detail design activities, writing system test cases, executing the test cases, and assisting as needed with user acceptance testing and writing user documentation. The individual must have proven experience with writing requirements documentation, use cases, developing test documents, and testing applications with complex interfaces across technology platforms.
Candidates must have experience in each of the following:
· 5+ years experience testing business applications
· 5+ years experience writing use cases and other business analyst tasks
· Strong and demonstrated documentation skills (use cases and test cases)
· Strong analytical and conceptual skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated experience in testing complex business applications across technologies
· Strong Microsoft Suite experience (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to organize/manage own work and meet a pre-determined schedule of deliverables
· Ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience writing user documentation
Experience working with end users on User Acceptance Testing
