Position Title - Technical Account Manager- Enterprise
Location: Los Angeles
Essential Requirements:
• Program Management
• Services Sales – Capability
• 7 to 14 years of IT solution sales and Large Account management
experience with the last 5 years of experience in US
• Last 3 years or more of managing large accounts in Enterpirse space
with an offshore based IT Serviced company of annual revenue $150
million or more .
• Strong ability and background in growing existing accounts and
confidence in acquiring new business/ clients
• Past experience in achieving at least 4 million annual sales quota
consistently
Location : currently based out of or ready for relocation to Los
Angeles/SF essential. .
The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and
aspiration to build business from the ground up. In addition the
candidate will exhibit strong prospecting skills, ability to gain
audience with CIOs, VPs, senior managers/executives, ability to
understand customer objectives and help customers meet those
objectives. The job requires proven, effective negotiating skills and
have experience developing and closing complex outsourcing contractual
relationships
The AM/ Sr.AM will target growing existing accounts and have the
ability to credibly position, communicate and defend the company's
competitive differentiation to knowledgeable technical leaders. To
that end, the job requires the ability to work with the technical team
to derive technical and business requirements, technical and business
solution, and technical and business benefits of offshore outsourcing.
He/ She may be also required to look for new clients
As part of sales pipeline management requirements, the candidate will
accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams,
develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth, provide quarterly
results assessments to management
Finally, the company requires the candidate to have the ability to
scale with the company to build and lead the region's sales,
marketing, and project management efforts in the long-term.
Understanding of outsourcing and offshore software development and
testing services, optimization and analytic technologies and the
industry trends driving establishment of offshore development centers
is a must.
