Job Desc;
Major Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot/diagnose problems with the PegaSystems platform environment.
2. Troubleshoot/diagnose problems with the Complements & Complaint management application which is based on the PegaSystems Customer Process Manager (CPM) framework. Version: PRPC 6.1 SP2, CPM 6.2
3. Architect/design solutions to meet the business needs.
4. Lead/guide/mentor existing client IT team members on the above items
