Position: QA Manager

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6 months 

·         Identifying Gaps in QA Organization

·         Define Road Maps for TQA Process, Organizational Structure

·         Define Quality & Best Practices.

·         Strong hold on architecture.

·         Lay down TQA Framework for both manual and automation testing

·         Define Utilization Matrix and KPI and SLA.

·         Validate Utilization and Capacity of both onshore and offshore resource. This includes utilization of managers and leads.

·         Suggest best Utilization method judging capacity and capability around projects and surrounding environment.

·         Setup Test organization before, in a large IT operation.

·         Stress on standardization and will require philosophical change in business
