Job Description:Summary: Development on a 3-tier .NET web application involving business on-line banking
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Skill Set: C#, MSVS, .NET, .aspx, asp.Net; Javascript, JQuery
Complexity of Work: complex and not routine; requires a lot of decision-making, troubleshooting, communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in related field or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5 years in web development; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3rd tier client support for Business ebanking - to be able to this functionality the individual must be able to:
Debug code
Try to reproduce production issues in production or QA
Review functional and technical specifications to determine how something should work and where to look for issues.
Work with the Business Analysts determining if the product is working per design
Works with the quality assurance team to identify testing needs
Works with multiple teams to troubleshoot the various issues that can occur in the many third party interfaces. Must be able to coordinate and lead a meeting with creating any support procedures or documentation.
